KuzoClass is looking for a Head of Growth and Marketing to lead our marketing operations to drive sales, engagement and launch a consumer education product. You will manage marketing campaigns and activities including digital strategies, website, public relations, and all aspects of marketing. We’re looking for someone creative with a strong background in marketing & advertising. This person will own the marketing strategy and the go-to-market plan for a consumer education company. You will drive the marketing vision and strategy from inception to execution. Our go-to-market launch strategy is not for the faint of heart or conventional marketing leader - launching and driving the first 12-24 months of marketing for KuzoClass will be require urgency, persistence, and a willingness to get your hands dirty to ensure success.


• Digital Marketing: lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies across all channels which include the following:
• Customer acquisition strategy
• SEO and targeted SEM campaigns
• Email marketing campaigns
• Develop content calendar and execution on all KuzoClass social channels
• Promotional strategies to drive additional business for KuzoClass and our partners
• Ability to execute strategies and ad campaigns
• Social media marketing
• Develop digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness of KuzoClass
• Analyze performance metrics of all digital marketing strategies and recommend appropriate action to increase engagement and conversions
• Marketing Materials & Content
• Work to develop content which can be used in various marketing channels and social media
• Create and execute go to market strategy for new consumer product launch
• Create and drive marketing strategy to drive customer awareness and adoption including brand, experience, communications, digital, offline and partnerships
• Create customer acquisition strategy
• Work across the whole company including the CEO and CPO
• Manage marketing budget, P&L, ROI, KPIs
• Ideate on ways to build brand awareness & engagement, affiliate marketing strategy, assist with key initiatives such as design & advertising of brand, keep abreast of industry changes and developments (tools, tactics, etc.)
• Work closely with Founders, Advisors and Consultants to perform other similar or related duties as requested or assigned


• Must have prior digital marketing experience
• Must be proficient with SEO, google analytics, and creative content creative tools such as photoshop
• Flexible, friendly and adaptable personality
• 8+ years in direct to consumer brands, consumer health or assistive devices preferred
• Experience launching a consumer brand
• Experience building and managing a team
• Startup experience: be open to new things and learning on the fly
• Ability and desire to perform big picture strategic thinking to rolling up your sleeves and getting into the details
• Able to work with remote teams and across time zones
• Experience in a few of these areas: consumer goods, education products/services, e-commerce, customer acquisition, launch strategy


• Passionate about business strategy and building scalable processes
• Highly analytical, creative, and think holistically; you should have experience balancing a desire for excellence with moving fast

In order to deliver the experience needed to re-imagine education from the ground-up, we need an extraordinary engineering team that is creative and passionate about user experiences. As one of KuzoClass’ first engineers, you will play a key role in building this team and developing KuzoClass’ core engineering infrastructure. You will constantly be challenged to learn new technologies, and be given the freedom to solve problems on your own and learn by doing.


• 5+ years of Software development experience and minimum 2 years of JavaScript experience
• Thorough understanding of React and its core principles (prior React Native experience extremely helpful)
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Experience with popular React workflows (preferably Redux)
• Passion about complex, interactive applications with a thoughtful UX/UI
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Experience creating and integrating (API) calls
• History of building high-level user interfaces using rapid prototyping methodologies


• Have experience documenting coding and architectural decisions
• Have prior experience with Typescript
• Have Github project(s) and open source contributions
• Have worked in a Test Driven Development (TDD) environment before
